The management system of Luisa Translation Agency is based on the requirements of the international quality management system standard ISO 9001:2015, the translation service standard ISO 17100:2015 and the written machine translation standard ISO 18587:2017. The company has been ISO 9001 certified since 2007, ISO 17100 certified since 2016 and ISO 18587 certified since 2021.
We have based the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality management system on the requirements of the translation service standard we follow in our daily work. The receival of orders and further organisational work is handled by certified project managers.
Luisa has been awarded the Successful Estonian Company certificate, according to which we have achieved an overall rating of “very good (AA)” for economic, financial and payment conduct.

Confidentiality and data protection
We guarantee confidentiality and privacy. Luisa undertakes to maintain the client’s professional secrecy in regards to any information in the translation materials. We also undertake to maintain any other confidential information entrusted to Luisa Translation Agency. We guarantee that the obligation of confidentiality shall remain after the end of the cooperative relationship.
If requested, we will sign a confidentiality and data protection agreement with the client.
