We offer our clients – especially those who value confidentiality – the possibility to upload files for translation, store finished works and keep track of invoices on our client platform in the Luisa online environment, which can be accessed with a personal login.
The client platform can be accessed by multiple contacts, each with a separate account. A hierarchy of user rights ensures that each user only has access to the document folders assigned to them. The security of client information is very important to us. Read more about our data protection here.
